All Sundance Digital systems include comprehensive technical support, software maintenance and a full hardware warranty during the first year of ownership.
Remote access and diagnostic support is available for system analysis and troubleshooting at no additional cost. A direct connection to the Internet or on-demand access to an analog phone line is required. Standard customer support includes:

• 24-hour, 7 day-a-week telephone support
• Remote access diagnostics
• Sundance Support website access
• Answers and tech support via e-mail
• Software enhancements, fixes and updates
• Advance hardware replacement in the event of a failure

In addition, Sundance Digital offers affordable long-term customer support options:

• Total Care provides additional years of technical support and 24x7 priority assistance. Replacement hardware or parts, if needed, are expedited and billed at cost. The plan is renewable annually. The decision to enroll in Total Care may be made at the time of purchase, but no later than the first year commissioning anniversary.

• Premier hardware supplement, offers advance replacement in the event of a failure. May be renewed annually, but must be continuous with TotalCare described above.
  Support costs are based on the individual system configuration, and are provided with each Sundance Digital proposal.
